Sometimes I Wonder...

I've still got Commissions open, and I'm opening art trades. Don't got money but want my art anyway? We can trade instead! Like thing for like thing, unless you've got insanely good arts, and then I may just be your slave for life.
J/k, but seriously.
Note me an offer if you so wish. ^^

If I'm crazy, or just very confused.
Or if people are just so oblivious that they don't get it. There are times that I stare at someone and just wonder if they aren't right in the head. It confuses me when someone just doesn't realize when you don't want them around. Do they not get it? I mean, seriously, forcing yourself on a group of people is not the way to make friends, or even we well liked.
Regardless however, I really do wonder. Is there a reason my group for Architecture decided that not starting last night and today would be fine? When we aren't even going to do real work on it till TOMORROW? FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, does no one see the dislogic in that!? So, yes, our final pier model is due by Thursday at noon, but that doesn't mean we should start tomorrow afternoon! If anything, we should start tonight!
This is because we have to build the model at 3/8 in scale out of cardboard, chipboard, and basswood. ><; And have expert craft too. At least we don't have to worry about making all the pillings the same length, but it's still going to take us forever to get it done. And for some odd reason, my group believes we can keep pushing it back further and further and still get it done well. It's like they've never understood the idea of "time management" and "school always comes first".
Maybe it's just that I've grown up always thinking this and having to plan accordingly. -shrug- I don't know, but it really gets on my nerves sometimes. We can't hope to have good craft, worthy of four days of pure effort, if we start insanely close to the due day. And I for one would like my sleep, thank you. (No matter if I've been having some insomnia the last few days and not being even a little tired at 3 or 4 in the morning.) I just don't get it.
Maybe this is purely because, as a ballerina for most of my life, and a competition dancer for a year, I've learned that leaving things to the last minute, esspecially with rehearsals or a competition around the same time, is not the way to go. You have to schedule your time in such a way that you have enough time to devote to studying (or sleep, depending) and still actively go rehearsals when it is required of you. You can't just flake on the homework or projects just because you have other commitment, nor can you, conversely, flake on the rehearsals because you have homework.
To see my group say "Oh let's do it tomorrow afternoon" just bugs the fucking hell out of me. And of course, I can't say anything because it seems my opinion about what should get done first doesn't matter. I told the 'group leader' that we needed to start on the roof last night because it would take the longest. Did we do it? Course not. We didn't even do ANYTHING last night. What the hell Group 25, what the demon spawning hell.
I must say, I'm just as guilty of procrastination as they are. I have all this stuff to do, and haven't really done squat today about it. Why? Because I have no motivation. >.<; So I'm pretty much just calling the kettle black here.
BUT GOOD GOD PEOPLE! I know it's not due till Thursday at Noon, but we can't wait till Wednesday night to do this! I won't stand for it! -stamps foot-
Soon this'll be all over and I won't have to get be in a group with them again, unless the deities want to be mean to me.
And knowing my luck, karma will kick me in the ass.

Heroes come, heroes go. This is what I know, that for light, there must also be darkness. Which are you?

I find that I don't care what the hell is in a picture as long as it's pretty.
That would be cool though... If I had more monies. ><
